As I said in my last post, we had a last minute showing of our house on Wednesday. Then Bettie showed the house to a guy on Thursday, and another company's realtor showed the house on Friday afternoon. We were soooo excited! A total of 4 showings during the first 2 weeks on the market!!! We started out a little skeptical about putting our house on the market with the economy the way that is, but all these showings were turning us optimistic. Wouldn't it be great if our house sold quickly?!!
Well, all of our optimism was shattered with reality on Saturday after our open house. Grand total for the day = ZERO visitors! Ouch! Reality is harsh...
