We've been anxious to potty train Parker. Yes, he's a boy. Yes, he just turned two a month ago. Yes, people were vocal about their opinions... but I knew he was ready. Our biggest hold up was daycare. They didn't have a potty in his current classroom, and they preferred to wait to potty train until he was moved up to the next class. I put a little pressure on the director and was told it'd only be another week or two.
Parker peed in the potty on this day (April 4th) and earned a treat from his Easter basket. At this point, he feeds on making us proud. My biggest worry was that we'd miss this window of opportunity and he'd turn stubborn.
