Weekend Happenings

After Grammie and Pops left Saturday, Nikki and Rodney came over for a visit. They brought us dinner, and we all watched a movie. It's great having such wonderful friends!  The Hasts also came by to see Parker and brought him a handmade basket!

Our brand new swing quit working! So, we made a quick trip to Evansville on Sunday.  Parker was great and slept most of the trip. We stopped for a late lunch at Mr. B's in Henderson, but I had to feed him in the car before we went in. Then, we headed to Babies R Us to exchange the swing.  This was a day of firsts. First:
~ out of town trip
~ trip to a restaurant for Parker
~ trip out of the state
~ time breastfeeding in the back seat of the car

Greg and Rachelle came by to meet Parker after we got back home. Wil's granddad is in the hospital, so we haven't gotten to visit with Mimi and Dan-dad lately. Luckily, they were able to swing by Sunday night as well.
