Another Ear Infection

Parker's been mean lately -- a little more aggressive and definitely whiny. We wondered if his ears were bothering him, and he'd been pulling at his right ear some. With tubes, his ears should have drainage when they're infected. We kept waiting to see drainage, but it never happened. By Thursday night, we decided he needed to be seen. Since it was already late and we didn't want to wait, we took him to Convenient Care. Sure enough -- his right ear is infected again and he has the start of an upper respiratory infection. They gave him amoxicillin.  I called the ENT's office on Friday, and they prescribed antibiotic ear drops. We really shouldn't complain. Parker made it a whole month between trips to the doctor. This is a new record for 2012.
