Yard Work

Yard work -- YUCK!

Grammie & Pops haven't been to visit for a while, so we thought it was only fair to punish them when they finally decided to come. Ok, just kidding.  After a little a lot of whining, Grammie offered to help. Our flower beds were out of control, and we didn't even know what some of the stuff was. Plus, we had vine growing out of control!  Grammie & Pops came down this past Saturday, and we definitely made some progress. We'd still be pulling vine if Wil hadn't came home from the farm when he did! He pulled at this hatchet and the majority of the vine was gone in no time. My husband never ceases to amaze me.  We've still got a lot of work ahead of us, but at least it's a start.

Don't worry. We didn't send Grammie & Pops home empty-handed. They took home 2 hostas and a holly bush! THANKS GRAMMIE & POPS!
