~ He stares straight at you now when you talk to him.
~ He's starting to grab onto his burp cloths and blankets, and he loves his play mat.
~ He's just learning that he can chew/suck on his hand.
~ Speaking of sucking, Parker is addicted to his pacifier! Daddy says it's like the pin on a grenade. Pull it out, and you're liable to get an explosion.
~ He's mastered the art of peeing and pooping as soon as you take off his diaper. He made a huge mess this morning, which delayed his feeding and resulting in a morning bath.
~ Parker is a good eater. He's still breastfeeding and has only had one breast milk bottle. We haven't quite worked out a schedule yet. I'm such a planner and can't wait for us to establish a better routine. As it is now, Parker goes 3 hours between feedings most of day (some times 2 hours, other times 3.5 hours). His middle of the night feedings are always a surprise. Some nights he'll go 3 or 4 hours between feedings. Occasionally, he'll make it 6 hours! We love those nights!
~ Parker loves to lay on your chest/shoulder to sleep.
~ Daddy has the special touch. If Parker is a little fussy, Daddy can cuddle up with him and they'll both be asleep before you know it.
~ He's growing like crazy! Parker is starting to outgrow some of his newborn clothes. I was excited that this 0-3 month sleeper finally fits him.
