Housing Update

We've locked in our interest rate for our new mortgage! We've been moving quickly with all the bank paperwork, home inspections, appraisals, etc.  Our plan is to try to close our new house on the day we close our current house (Dec 20th). I found out today that we can get the keys to our new house the day before we close! WOO HOOO! This takes off a lot of stress. We should be able to pack up our current house on the 18th, move to the new house on the 19th, and then close both houses on the 20th! Volunteers appreciated :)  I'm sure we'll be exhausted by the time Christmas rolls around, but it'll be worth it!
